Dietmar Aust, Opal-Consulting
Dietmar Aust is working as a freelance consultant in Germany, focusing on Oracle Application Express and Oracle XE. Starting in 1997, he worked for three years as a consultant for Oracle in Germany. Since then, he helped numerous leading companies in Germany to successfully deliver Web-based applications based on the Oracle product stack, especially the Internet application server - Oracle Portal and Reports. Niels de Bruijn, MT AG
Niels de Bruijn has been working for MT AG, a midsize vendor-independent IT-consultancy company based in Germany, since 2003. Before that, he worked for Oracle in the Netherlands for two years. He is a devoted Oracle database developer and a business consultant for portal technology. Since the initial release of APEX, Niels is using and actively promoting the product. Together with his team of APEX specialists, he is helping customers to save costs for Web application development. His APEX projects range from small T&M based projects to large fixed-price projects.

Hilary Farrell, Oracle Corporation
Hilary Farrell is a principal member of technical staff with the Oracle Application Express (APEX) team in the database tools group, part of the Server Technologies Division in Oracle. She joined Oracle in 1998, and prior to joining the Oracle APEX team, worked in the migration technology group, developing tools to migrate third party applications and databases to Oracle, focusing on Microsoft Access migrations. She is responsible for Oracle Application Express product features such as Microsoft Access and Oracle Forms conversions to Oracle APEX, AnyChart 5 charts, Gantts and Maps integration, and the new jsTree tree region in APEX 4.0.

Steven Feuerstein, PL/SQL Evangelist
Steven Feuerstein is considered to be one of the world's leading experts on the Oracle PL/SQL language, having written ten books on PL/SQL, including Oracle PL/SQL Programming and Oracle PL/SQL Best Practices (all published by O'Reilly Media). Steven has been developing software since 1980, spent five years with Oracle (1987-1992), and has served as PL/SQL Evangelist for Quest Software since January 2001. He is an Oracle ACE Director and writes regularly for Oracle Magazine, which named him the PL/SQL Developer of the Year in both 2002 and 2006. He is also the first recipient of ODTUG's Lifetime Achievement Award (2009). Since 2005, he has focused his attention on improving the testing of PL/SQL programs, primarily through the creation of Quest Code Tester for Oracle, which automates PL/SQL code testing. Roel Hartman, Logica
Roel Hartman is a very experienced Oracle software architect. He started about twenty years ago using Oracle RDBMS 5, Oracle Forms 2.3, RPT/RPF, and Oracle*Case 4.5. Since then he has used all versions of these products. Within the last few years, he focuses mainly on Oracle Application Express. He has acted as a (technical) lead in numerous projects using Designer, Developer, PL/SQL, and APEX. Roel has been a speaker at UKOUG, OOW, and ODTUG. He is an active participant of the Oracle APEX Forum and keeps an APEX-related blog on http://roelhartman.blogspot.com. In June 2009, Roel was awarded with the Oracle ACE membership.

Peter Raganitsch, founder and director of click-click IT Solutions in Vienna, Austria, has fifteen years’ deep experience with Oracle Databases, Oracle Forms/Report, Oracle APEX, and Web applications in general. Anthony Rayner, Oracle Corporation
Anthony Rayner is a senior member of technical staff in the Application Express development team at Oracle. He started life at Oracle in 2005, working in technical consulting on projects throughout the UK for various clients using various Oracle technologies. During this period he found, learnt, and soon loved Application Express for its ease of use and productivity, so much so that he subsequently moved over to the product development team in June 2008. Within the team, Anthony works on many areas of the product, but primarily focuses on "Dynamic Actions," the JavaScript library, and accessibility. He has frequently presented at user group meetings and conferences since 1997, enjoys answering questions on the Oracle OTN forums, and keeps an Application Express focused blog, http://anthonyrayner.blogspot.com: “Let's talk about APEX.” He is based in sunny Devon in the south west of England.

John Scott, APEX Evangelist
John Edward Scott has been using Oracle since Version 7 (around 1993), and has used pretty much every release since then. He has had the good fortune to work on a wide range of projects for a varied group of clients. He was lucky enough to start working with Oracle Application Express when it was first publicly released, and has worked with it nearly every day since (and loves it). John is an Oracle ACE Director, was named Application Express Developer of the Year 2006 by Oracle Magazine, and is the author of the best-selling book, Pro Oracle Application Express.
